About Us

We are an independent, fee-only RIA specializing in working with Dentists and Dental Specialists. We are searching for an Associate Wealth Manager to support Lead Advisors in our clients’ financial planning, investment, and tax services. This requires a desire to become a specialist in all wealth management and tax needs of dentists. You will work with a small number of clients (less than 50) in a highly personal and in-depth manner.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all client meetings. Take notes, organize documents, and track follow-ups.
  • Communicate regularly and proactively with clients on informational status updates, outstanding client tasks, and concerns.
  • Answer all incoming client requests and communications within 1 day.
  • Oversee all account opening, servicing, and funding of investment accounts at Charles Schwab.
  • Enter all data into eMoney Financial Planning Software. Create client-facing deliverables and financial projections.
  • Take ownership of client needs ensuring all team members are informed and prepared.
  • Review all incoming tax documents. Draft tax returns in ProConnect Tax Software for review.
  • Coordinate end of year tax projection reviews. Implement written tax plans including business entity changes, payroll updates and processing, retirement plan funding, and making estimated payments.
  • Lead internal prep and prepare firm deliverables for all formal client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Planning, or related field.
  • Comfortable in a fast-growing start-up environment. You will know objectives and will need to collaborate on the best ways to complete a task.
  • Excellent communication skills - on the phone, in person, and in writing. Since you’re often the front-line support for our clients, it’s important that you can communicate without errors, promptly, and with ease.
  • You’re an organization-pro. You keep everything together for our clients – so this is critical.
  • You sincerely love working with people. You treat your teammates and clients with respect and care. Our clients become friends and we do everything we can to advocate on their behalf.
  • Reliably work in the Conshohocken or Pittsburgh offices. We do our best work when collaborating in person together.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
